Indian song downloads?

Hey guys,

I've been lurking for a while and am finally speakin up :p Soooo hi! (waves)

Can anyone suggest a good SAFE website to download indian MP3 songs from? It can be free or paid, doesn't matter. I've been trying to find a good source but I've only been able to come across virus infested web-pits :/ and it gets frustrating.

    If you already know the names of the songs you want, you can usually find them on Limewire. You could also put "Bollywood" or "Bhangra" in the search engine, but the resulst can sometimes be iffy (i.e. lots of songs pop up but few are actually Bollywood or bhangra).

        I used to have limewire but I got rid of it because people kept telling me how they got viruses through it, and it totally messed up their comps. I don't wanna risk that. There's got to be a better sourse... right? 0_0

          Hmmm. I do most of my downloading on a Mac, so I don't really have the virus issue. You can usually get good prices on buying B-wood soundtracks on eBay, though I find that each cd has only 1-2 good songs.

          well, anoher option is to go to your city's "little india" burrow (hmmm, does orlando have one???).
          but in vancouver, you can get LOTS of indian soundtracks and CDs for dirt cheap in the punjab market. do you know anyone in NY, NJ, or SF??

            I do know ppl in NY and NJ but I was thinking of a more convenient online source. It's hard to try and get someone to buy you cheap cd's and then go through the trouble of mailing them to you, and then you gotta pay em for shipping and all that lol

            If I can get to a good download website, it'll save me SO much trouble. I won't have to buy an entire cd for that ONE good song, I'm sure you guys know what I mean :p

            Orlando has a few indian places here and there, but nothing as grand as NY or NJ.
